Meramec State Park The park includes the gorge of the Meramec River, springs and more than 30 caves. Fisher Cave tours are given daily. Hike into the Meramec Upland Forest Natural Area featuring an old-growth, oak- hickory forest. The park's campground borders the spring-fed
